I will try my best to communicate with you through a video call as you were in my kitchen in person. You will be showed my kitchen and the way I operate in it as I were cooking on my own, in my everyday life. Besides my practical guide how to fix up the dishes, I usually tend to explain many other aspects of cooking Ligurian way, as every dish bears its own story and origin rooted in the past. I've noticed this stories remind my guests about their own stories belonging to their family cooking traditions and it will be a pleasure to share them while putting hands on ingredients and create the arranged dishes.

Early one Saturday morning, a five-year-old boy named Oliver decides that he doesn’t want to be ordinary anymore. He chooses to become a toaster instead. He takes a cardboard box and draws on it all the parts that a toaster would have - along with holes for his eyes and hands! Now that Oliver is a toaster, he does his best to help his mom in the kitchen and his dad in the garden. He visits a friend, and they play video games. All through the day, he works hard to prove that a toaster can do anything an ordinary boy can do. Along the way Oliver learns an important lesson about himself. This children’s story explores the use of imagination with one of the best toys of all time - an empty box. It shares a powerful truth - while costumes have their limits, imagination can make everything more than ordinary. 1. Language: English. Narrator: E. M. Olson. The debut cookbook from the restaurant Gourmet magazine named the best in the country. A pioneer in American cuisine, chef Grant Achatz represents the best of the molecular gastronomy movement--brilliant fundamentals and exquisite taste paired with a groundbreaking approach to new techniques and equipment. ALINEA showcases Achatz's cuisine with more than 100 dishes (totaling 600 recipes) and 600 photographs presented in a deluxe volume. Three feature pieces frame the book: Michael Ruhlman considers Alinea's role in the global dining scene, Jeffrey Steingarten offers his distinctive take on dining at the restaurant, and Mark McClusky explores the role of technology in the Alinea kitchen. Buyers of the book will receive access to a website featuring video demonstrations, interviews, and an online forum that allows readers to interact with Achatz and his team. "Achatz is something new on the national culinary landscape: a chef as ambitious as Thomas Keller who wants to make his mark not with perfection but with constant innovation . . . Get close enough to sit down and allow yourself to be teased, challenged, and coddled by Achatz's version of this kind of cooking, and you can have one of the most enjoyable culinary adventures of your life." --Corby Kummer, senior editor of Atlantic Monthly "Someone new has entered the arena. His name is Grant Achatz, and he is redefining the American restaurant once again for an entirely new generation . . . Alinea is in perpetual motion; having eaten here once, you can't wait to come back, to see what Achatz will come up with next." --GourmetReviews & AwardsJames Beard Foundation Cookbook Award Finalist: Cooking from a professional Point of View Category James Beard Foundation Outstanding Chef Award! "Even if your kitchen isn't equipped with a paint-stripping heat gun, thermocirculator, or refractometer, and you're only vaguely aware that chefs use siphons and foams in contemporary cooking, you can enjoy this daring cookbook from Grant Achatz of the Chicago restaurant Alinea.. . . While the recipes can hardly become part of your everday cooking, this book is far too interesting to be left on the coffee table. As you read, a question emerges: Is Alinea's food art? . . . I go a little further, describing Achatz with a word that he would probably never use to describe himself: avant-garde, as it defined art movements at the beginning of the last century--planned, self-concious, and structured attempts to provoke and shake the status quo. Just as with those artists, the results are not necessarily as interesting as the intentions and concepts behind them. In this sense, this volume constitutes a full-blown although not threatening manifesto."-Art of Eating

Fall in love at Bayside, where sandy beaches, good friends, and true love come together in the sweet small towns of Cape Cod. Bayside Summers is a series of standalone steamy romance novels featuring alpha male heroes and sexy, empowered women. They're fun, flirty, flawed, deeply emotional, always passionate, and easy to relate to. And of course, you'll see cameos from the Seaside Summers characters! "With her wonderful characters and resonating emotions, Melissa Foster is a must-read author!" (NYT best seller Julie Kenner) "Melissa Foster is synonymous with sexy, swoony, heartfelt romance!" (NYT best seller Lauren Blakely) In Bayside Passions.... When Emery Andrews's best friend, Desiree, moves away, falls in love, and opens an inn all in one summer, she feels her absence like a missing limb. Until she visits over the holidays and meets sinfully hot Dean Masters, who's as easy on the eyes as he is to talk to. After returning home, what starts as a flurry of late-night flirtations quickly turns into a deep connection and unexpected friendship. Now, months later, Desiree offers Emery a job teaching yoga at the inn. Adventurous Emery jumps at the chance and heads for Wellfleet, Massachusetts, to reunite with her BFF and her new close friend, Dean. After months of sharing their lives and their secrets over video chats and phone calls, Dean's ready to move things to the next level. The fact that Emery seems oblivious to the sparks between them and has recently put her foot down about dating friends just means he'll have to bide his time. When Emery finds a naked man in her kitchen the first morning she's there, Dean doesn't hesitate to move her into his guest room. Maybe now, Emery will see what's right before her eyes - although that guy she's got a date with might be a problem. 1. Language: English. Narrator: B.J. Harrison.
